Production Team Leader - Manufacture & AssemblyWe're delighted to be supporting a prominent West Yorkshire manufacturing company in their search for a Team Leader, as they embark on a journey to modernise and mature their manufacturing capabilities. The company perform manufacturing and assembly/build over a couple of sites.What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Production Managers to drive pace, intensity and quality in the manufacturing process
People & HR management of a small to medium workforce of skilled operators
Identify opportunities to drive Lean, efficiency and quality improvements in the manufacturing process
Implement, manage and seek to improve operational KPIs

The experience we want to see:

Proven examples of professional people management of a workforce in a manufacturing / production / assembly build process
Evidence and examples of driving Lean and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing setting
Either introducing or improving operational KPIs and the actions taken
Qualifications within leadership and Lean is a benefit
