The successful candidate will take ownership of a busy residential conveyancing caseload and provide expert advice throughout the transaction lifecycle. Youll be joining a friendly and collaborative team where youll work closely with colleagues, clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure an efficient and seamless service.

- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Conducting title checks and property searches
- Keeping clients informed and supported at every stage of the process
- Maintaining accurate case records using the firms case management system
