Job Title: HR Coordinator

Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to take the next step in your HR career? I'm currently recruiting for a full-time HR Coordinator to join a growing team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of employee support and HR operations.
This is a permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
* Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate employee records
* Assisting with recruitment activities including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
* Managing absence tracking and supporting with reporting and compliance
* Coordinating training sessions and keeping training records up to date
* Handling employee queries and escalating where needed
* Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
* Preparing documentation for employee relations meetings
* Ensuring all HR processes are compliant with data protection and company policies
