Key Responsibilities

- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for a prestigious blue-chip retail clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Oversight: Manage project planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, provide clear and accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines and budgets.
