In this permanent role, you'll earn a competitive salary of GBP25,500 and play a pivotal part in delivering an outstanding experience for our valued residents. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll ensure our buildings are meticulously maintained and managed to the highest  standards, all while fostering a warm, welcoming community.Highlights of this role:

Preferred Requirements:
  • Utilise your property administration expertise to streamline operations and enhance the resident experience
  • Manage a diverse range of responsibilities, from meet-and-greets and parcel handling to inspections and lettings viewings
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of front and back-of-house functions, including amenity space management, voids and unit management, and tenant involvement
  • Promote Grainger's brand and build strong relationships with external partners
  • Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety, with the ability to implement appropriate measures when required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the property, travel, tourism or hospitality sectors, with a focus on market rental properties
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and residents
