Remuneration: Up to £35,000, Uncapped Commission, Benefits

This is a Principal Consultant role where you’ll take ownership, build toward leadership, and be trusted to grow your market — without the usual moving targets and broken promises.
The Role and About You
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a desk in the North West Maintenance Engineering market — an active, high-demand sector where good recruiters thrive.
You’ll inherit warm sales data and existing client relationships, so you won’t be starting from zero — but you’ll have the freedom to build and shape your desk with autonomy.
You’ll be:
- Developing business with both new and existing clients, with plenty of warm leads to go at
- Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and becoming their go-to recruiter
- Sourcing and managing candidates in a competitive, fast-moving market
- Handling offers, negotiations, and closing deals with confidence
- Working toward a leadership pathway — this role has genuine scope to progress into team management
