Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated and results-driven team. The role is responsible for supporting a field based team of Key Account Managers providing service to and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through increased penetration and conversion to solus deals.
- Work closely with field based Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities through affiliated companies, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering ‘extraordinary fleet solutions.’
- Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in B2B inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics would also be advantageous.
