What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the National Account Manager in handling key retail and wholesale client accounts.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as order tracking, promotional planning, and internal reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, promotions, and stock levels.
- Assist with preparing customer presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Liaise with internal teams across supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Help manage customer queries, product availability checks, and general account support.
- Monitor sales and customer data, supporting analysis to help guide strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. FMCG or managing Amazon accounts experience is a plus.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- A confident communicator who’s comfortable working with internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
