We are recruiting several Finance Assistants for a rapidly growing and well-known employer of choice in the Leeds area.

The purpose of the roles is to support a project within the finance team.

  • Validate and process high volume of debit notes, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
  • Categorise debit note by type, ensuring all documentation is correct and stored on deductions system.
  • Refund allocations and investigation.
  • Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
  • Work closely with other teams to aid with calculating accruals and resolving issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Support other team members when required.

The person:

  • Previous finance experience is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and 100% accuracy is essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to work collaboratively across the business.
  • Good IT skills are required.
