We are recruiting several Finance Assistants for a rapidly growing and well-known employer of choice in the Leeds area.

The purpose of the roles is to support a project within the finance team.
- Validate and process high volume of debit notes, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
- Categorise debit note by type, ensuring all documentation is correct and stored on deductions system.
- Refund allocations and investigation.
- Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
- Work closely with other teams to aid with calculating accruals and resolving issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Support other team members when required.
The person:
- Previous finance experience is desirable.
- Attention to detail and 100% accuracy is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to work collaboratively across the business.
- Good IT skills are required.
