We’re working with a long-standing specialist supplier based in Leeds, who are seeking a dedicated Sales/Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly and close-knit finance team on an FTC basis.

The Role:
As a Sales/Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling queries from suppliers and customers
- Supporting month-end procedures
- Assisting with general finance admin as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar purchase/sales ledger role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems (training provided)
