Duties of theAssistant Service Centre Manager:
  • Managea small team of Technicians.
  • Organiseworkload and workshop bookings.
  • Operateworkshop loading system.
  • Dealwith customer enquiries in person and by telephone.
  • Quotefor repairs.
  • Accurately recordfaults with vehicles/completejob sheets.
  • Manageand order parts.
  • Work on the tools when required (Semi-Productive).
Requirements of theAssistant Service Centre Manager:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/IndependentGarage/Fast Fit Centre.
  • Own set of Tools.
  • MOT Licence preferred although not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
