Role Overview:This Leeds School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join theirteam. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, teachers, and parents to support positivebehaviour and emotional well-being, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:? Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.? Develop and implement behaviour management plans in collaboration with teachers andparents.? Monitor and record students progress, adjusting strategies as needed.? Foster positive relationships with students, promoting self-esteem and resilience.? Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.? Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and implementing positive behaviourstrategies.? Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on students progress andwell-being.? Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:? Previous experience working with children in an educational or support setting.? A relevant qualification in education, child development or a related field.? Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting childrens well-being.? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
