  • HMP Leeds
  • HMP Wealstun (this includes 1–2 days per week at Askham Grange, a nearby resettlement prison). 
You’ll work with individuals preparing for release, offering 1:1 casework and helping them overcome barriers related to housing, employment, finance, relationships, and more. This is a frontline role with no groupwork — the focus is on tailored, meaningful support.To apply, you’ll need:

  • Ideally, existing prison vetting (but strong candidates without it will be considered)
