Sonic Summary

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager for a public sector client in Leeds on a hybrid working basis.
The role is an initial 6-month contract offering a salary of up to £625 per day Inside IR35.
Candidates should have experience in open procurement within regulated environments and strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23.
The ideal candidate will have expertise from OBC to award under PA23, along with skills in business case development and stakeholder engagement.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience is required for this position.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for our public sector client based in Leeds (hybrid working) on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £625 per day Inside IR35.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid - 2 to 3 days on-site

Key Skills:

Open procurement in regulated environments
Strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23
Experience from OBC to award under PA23
Business case development (OBC/FBC)
Commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement
Strong communication and decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Risk management in procurement

Desirable:

Familiarity with sourcing systems
