Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in Leeds, LS10. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit aFolding Machine Operator
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and be able to carry outthe below tasks:
Key responsibilities
- Machine operation:Setting up and running folding machines to produce finished products that meet specific requirements.
- Quality control:Monitoring the output to ensure proper alignment, folds, and creases, and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on the folding machines to ensure they run smoothly.
- Safety:Following all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality assurance:Ensuring all finished materials meet both customer and company quality standards before they are sent to the customer.
- Production planning:Reading and interpreting job tickets and production orders to understand the folding requirements for each job.
- Teamwork:Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Shift pattern is as follows:
Monday-Thursday 07:00am - 7.00pm
or
Sunday to Thursday 7.00pm - 07.00am
Pay: 12.21ph - 14.00ph
Requirements:
Punctual.
Reliable
Good communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
