Role Overview:
Our client (a highly successful law firm) is recruiting for a client-focused individual to join their Business Support department in Leeds City Centre. This dual role involves responsibilities across both the New Business Enquiries team and the reception team. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, helpful, and friendly service, handling a high volume of calls and client interactions with accuracy and care.

The Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Client Service Advisor:
New Business Enquiries Duties:
* Answer calls from the new enquiries telephone line
* Handle new web enquiries
* Accurately update Case Management Systems and Microsoft Teams
* Liaise with colleagues, clients, and third parties regarding enquiries
* Manage enquiry status and ensure timely responses
* Make outbound calls to update clients and answer questions
* Assist in converting enquiries into instructions
Reception Duties:
* Answer calls for all branches
* Greet clients and direct them to appropriate fee earners
* Provide administrative support to teams as required
General Duties:
* Handle other telephone enquiries and take messages
* Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment
* Support improvements to office procedures
* Perform other duties as required by the firm
