Are you a strategic and commercially driven Head of Product with a passion for customer-centric innovation? A fast-growing business with a well-established SaaS platform is looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the development and delivery of their expanding product portfolio.

As Head of Product, you will take full ownership of product strategy across a feature-rich content catalogue and robust technology platform. You will align product roadmaps with commercial goals, ensuring each solution is scalable, user-friendly, and meets client needs across a wide range of sectors. This opportunity is ideal for a data-led, customer-focused leader who can drive innovation and continual improvement.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Product:

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end product strategy across the full SaaS platform and content portfolio.

  • Maintain a compliant, competitive catalogue that delivers measurable customer value.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, technology, marketing, and customer support.

  • Drive innovation in platform capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, intuitive, and commercially valuable.

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure product performance meets business objectives and user expectations.

What we’re looking for in a Head of Product:

  • Proven experience in product leadership, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • A background in EdTech or Digital Learning would be a benefit but is not essential.

  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through strategic product development.

  • Expertise in managing product roadmaps, cross-functional teams, and performance data.

  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and customer feedback to guide decisions.

  • A collaborative, outcomes-driven leader who can foster a high-performing, values-led culture.
