The Role and About You
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build your skills step by step — starting with candidate management and progressing to full recruitment responsibility:
- Sourcing great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our systems.
- Interviewing candidates to understand their goals and match them with opportunities.
- Managing candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
- Spotting and generating leads to build future business opportunities.
- Keeping client and candidate information organised and accurate in our CRM.
When you're ready, you'll step up to manage the full recruitment cycle:
- Winning and developing new client relationships.
- Managing your own client portfolio and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advising clients using market knowledge and insights.
- Running recruitment projects from start to finish — and earning commission on every success.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven success in B2B or B2C sales and is ready to take on a bigger challenge.
- Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
- Is ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by results.
- Stays organised and works well in a fast-paced environment.
