We're expanding our Leicester team and looking for an experienced recruiter ready to step into the East Midlands Maintenance Engineering sector, a busy, high-demand market where every placement builds your desk β and your pay.
The Role and About You
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk in a busy, technical market β with live data and active clients to help you get moving:
- Build client relationships through credible, consultative sales β not just call-count targets.
- Manage your own portfolio of businesses, delivering recruitment solutions they return for.
- Source and engage great candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct approaches.
- Run recruitment projects from start to finish β seeing your impact in every placement and every payday.
- Use market knowledge to generate leads, spot opportunities, and grow your desk over time.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 12 months' success in 360 recruitment (any sector) and is ready for more ownership.
- Communicates confidently and builds real, lasting relationships.
- Is ambitious, target-driven, but tired of empty promises and wants real, visible progression.
- Stays organised and steady even when things get busy.
- Wants to build a recruitment career where success belongs to them β not to someone else's promises.
