• Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring smooth on-site delivery and team coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and audit managers
• Prepare audit files in accordance with audit standards and firm processes
• Perform technical audit work and problem-solving, using commercial awareness to add value
• Support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development
• Take initiative when handling complex technical matters, offering confident, tailored solutions

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or working towards final exams)
• Previous experience in a similar audit role within a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
• Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise junior staff
• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent service
