Offering a blend of financial, advisory, auditing, taxation, and business consultancy services they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join them on a full-time permanent basis.They are now seeking an experienced Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance operations for multiple business interests within their group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of qualified experience and a strong background in financial management, reporting, and analysis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance operations for multiple business entities within the group.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables processes.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
  • Develop, monitor, and update budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
  • Weekly KPI Reporting: Prepare and present weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track business performance.
  • Monthly Management Accounts Pack: Compile and present the monthly management accounts pack, including detailed financial analysis and commentary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Xero.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
