Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary, PT or FT)Location: Market BosworthDuration: 1 Month TemporarySalary: Up to £15 per hour
We are seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Assistant to join a small construction business on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and hands-on experience in a busy, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Allocate invoices to the appropriate costing centres, subsidiaries, and projects for accurate financial control and reporting
- Working with purchase orders (POs)
- Performing reconciliations
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Previous accounts payable or finance experience preferred
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with costing is a bonus
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
