Internal Sales Lead
Enderby, Office based
Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5PM, (early finish Fridays!)
Up to £30,000 + bonus
Macildowie are working with a leading construction business based in Enderby, Leicestershire.
We're looking for a driven and people-focused Internal Sales Team Leader to join a growing, international industrial manufacturing business supplying technical sealing products to OEMs across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Food, Pharma, and more.
You will take ownership of internal sales activity, leading from the front by supporting customer accounts, maximising revenue, and maintaining first-class service. Alongside this, you'll coach and develop the internal sales team and help drive the business's strategic growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive internal sales through customer relationship management and proactive engagement
- Lead, coach, and inspire a small internal sales team
- Support customer retention and contract renewals
- Analyse sales trends and adapt strategy accordingly
- Ensure product availability and liaise with relevant departments
- Maintain customer satisfaction through high service standards
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a sales environment, ideally within a B2B setting
- Leadership or supervisory background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using internal systems
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven personality
- Exceptional attention to detail
