As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful campaigns. From managing a talented team to working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing, your creativity and leadership will be instrumental in achieving the company goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing fresh marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Managing a year-long marketing plan that supports the sales strategy.
• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of marketing professionals.
• Taking ownership of the main marketing channels, including website management, social media, and events.
• Analysing data to assess the success of campaigns and optimise future initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including universities, societies, and local businesses.
• Conducting market research and using insights to shape the marketing approach.
