As they continue to grow, Juice is looking for a Client Partnerships Executive to strengthen client relationships and drive success. You’ll play a central role in managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Partnerships Executive:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a responsive and proactive service.

Understand each client’s business objectives and tailor creative solutions that align with their goals.

Build, nurture, and grow strong client relationships through clear communication and trust.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to spec, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.

Help resolve any client issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Collaborate with the analytics team to generate actionable insights that add value to client campaigns.
About You:

Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a creative agency or design-led business.

Strong understanding of creative project lifecycles and design processes.

Confident communicator with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Commercially aware, with a knack for spotting growth opportunities within accounts.

Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
