The Role

As an Energy Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by sourcing new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into long-term customers. You’ll work within a motivated and collaborative sales team, with ongoing support and development to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through research and outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to turn prospects into clients

  • Present energy solutions clearly and confidently, tailored to client needs

  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with your team to develop and refine effective sales strategies

  • Meet and exceed monthly performance and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales (ideally within the utilities sector, but not essential)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A results-driven, self-motivated attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
