Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
You will work for a UK leading construction consultancy based in Leicestershire who operate across building surveying, quantity surveying, health and safety and project management. They are expanding their team due to their increase of workload, and continued growth.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Building Surveyor, working with a mixture of professional services and project work. You will work across a wealth of sectors including education, retail, hospitality, residential and commercial. You will have the opportunity to help the more junior team members if you wish to do so, and take a lead on some of the larger clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a building surveyor role, working with condition surveys, dilapidations, project management and other professional services. You will be keen to develop your career within a professional and UK leading team.
