My client is an aerospace manufacturing company looking for a CNC Miller to join their team. They are looking for a hard working individual looking for a challenge and to be rewarded fairly for their efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating CNC Milling machines, with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating Milling machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.

Job Description
  • Set and operate 3+ Axis CNC Milling machines (DMG/Mori/CMZ/Doosan, with Fanuc/Siemens controls)
  • In process deburring and Self Inspection
  • Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
  • Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace
  • Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Confident machining high precision components for a highly regulated industry (such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc)
  • Strong problem solving ability
