Full-Time Cleaner

What We Offer:

- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Your Responsibilities:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
- Completing all cleaning tasks to a compliant standard within specified timeframes
- Reporting completed cleans to your Line Manager and updating the system
- Ensuring the safety of all service users while performing your duties
- Using cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with guidelines
- Wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks
- Notifying the Maintenance Administration Department of any safety concerns
- Checking property reports (e.g., asbestos, dangerous persons) before starting work
- Cleaning carpets using appropriate equipment and PPE as required
- Collaborating with team members across geographical areas to foster a 'one team' approach
- Completing mandatory training to ensure competency in your role
Materials Management:
- Purchase materials only from approved suppliers, keeping receipts for accountability
- Replenish stock inventory as needed and update your Line Manager
Waste Disposal:
- Remove waste from properties and ensure it is disposed of in approved areas, recycling whenever possible
Health & Safety:
- Adhere to all Health & Safety standards, including COSHH regulations
Essential Qualifications:
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region and occasionally across the UK
- Competency in using IT
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Desirable Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations
- Experience working as part of a team
- Skills in managing time effectively
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
