Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will include:

• Provide health and safety advice, communicating proactively with employees.
• Conduct site audits and attend client meetings as the SHEQ representative.
• Deliver internal training, toolbox talks, and support new employee inductions.
• Support the Integrated Management System for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis if required

The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within construction, utilities, fit-out, or household energy sectors
• A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
• Effective communication skills, providing support, training, and clear verbal/written interaction with colleagues and clients.
• The ability to influence and engage across sites
