- Managing a portfolio of property clients - including landlords, developers, managing agents, and real estate investors
- Advising on tailored insurance programmes across commercial and residential property
- Developing new client relationships and handling renewals and mid-term reviews
- Working closely with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on risk management and insurance strategy
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally with a focus on property/real estate risks
- A strong understanding of the UK property insurance market
- A confident communicator with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver a high standard of service
- Cert CII or above preferred
