We’re looking for a talented Artworker to join a creative and collaborative team based in Leicester. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of print and digital artwork, this could be your next move.As a Designer, you’ll be responsible for taking creative concepts and turning them into flawless, print-ready files, making sure everything is pixel-perfect and on-brand.What you’ll be doing as a Designer:

Creating print-ready artwork from supplied designs and templates
Making amends to existing artwork and ensuring brand consistency
Preparing and checking files for various formats – print, packaging, digital etc.
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure technical accuracy
Managing multiple projects and deadlines with a calm and focused approach

What we’re looking for in a Designer:

Previous experience in a similar studio role
A solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong knowledge of print production processes and file prep
High attention to detail
Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
