SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Leicester. Working as part of a busy shared services team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a passion for delivering excellent employee support.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys resolving queries, and has excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming employee queries via a centralised HR inbox
  • Log and manage incoming queries through a ticketing system
  • Handle a range of admin processes including starters, leavers, change forms and position creation
  • Maintain accurate personnel records
  • Draft and update internal documentation to reflect process or system changes
  • Provide employment references
  • Respond to HR-related queries via email and phone
  • Support the wider team with general HR administrative tasks as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • A confident team player with a flexible, positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Confident using systems and technology in a fast-paced environment
