HR Administrator - Immediate Start South Leicester Full-time | 08:30-17:30 Fixed-term contract (8 months) £26,500 per The Professional Services division at SF Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a well-established business in the commercial vehicle sector, based in South Leicester. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team on a fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in supporting core HR and administrative processes, with a particular focus on payroll and onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
  • Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely input
  • Manage references, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct right to work (RTW) checks and ensure compliance
  • Maintain and update HR records and reporting systems
  • Support retention initiatives and employee lifecycle processes
  • Assist in compiling HR reports and metrics
  • Experience using Cascade HR software is a bonus

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR support/admin role
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Confidence handling sensitive employee data with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
