We are currently recruiting for a Paraplanner on a full time and permanent basis for our client based in Leicester.
Salary: 37,500 per annum
Working: Monday to Friday
25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
Free on site parking
About the role:
The Paraplanner will provide comprehensive paraplanning support to advisers, including provider and product research, portfolio analysis, and report writing.
Product research, fund performance and risk analysis, and cashflow modelling.
Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client needs.
Interpret Fact Finds and documentation to identify appropriate client outcomes and solutions.
Support senior staff and advisers with technical analysis and recommendations.
Manage complex cases from inception to completion
Resolving technical queries and providing suitable remedies.
Maintain your own workflow, working independently to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
About you:
Proven experience in paraplanning and report writing within financial services.
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
Ability to extract and interpret relevant information from Fact Finds to produce cohesive reports.
Experience with: Fund performance and risk analysis
Cashflow modelling
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ideally experience with Curo or similar systems.
Qualifications:
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working towards completion.
