Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, has proudly partnered with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Leicester to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to build your experience in a primary school setting, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to enhance learning
Providing emotional and academic support to children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Helping manage classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a safe, clean learning space
Requirements:
Experience working in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, patient, and caring attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to commit to 5 days per week
