HR Administrator
Location: Leicester | Hybrid/Felxible Working Available
Hours: Full-time (35 hrs/week) or Part-time considered
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + additional benefits
SF Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected professional services company who has a longstanding, loyal client base to find a proactive and personable HR Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage holiday requests, and support HR documentation.
- Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of the Sage People HR system, including supporting three new modules going live.
- Support the wider HR team on wellbeing, compliance, and policy development initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
- Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (minimum 2 years' experience)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (HRIS), ideally Sage People.
- Good understanding of core HR processes such as part-time holiday calculations, flexible working requests, and employment documentation.
