Finance Systems Consultant – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation12-Month FTC - Competitive SalaryLeicester - Hybrid

VIQU are searching for a Finance Systems Consultant to join a major transformation programme, implementing Oracle Fusion ERP into Finance. This role offers the chance to shape how financial reporting is designed, configured, and delivered across a FTSE-100 retail business. You’ll play a key part in replacing AP, AR and GL, and in building the reporting framework that underpins divisional P&L streaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, configuration, and build of Finance reports using Oracle Fusion EPM

• Attend and support design workshops alongside the Business Solution Lead Manager

• Document design decisions and complete design workbooks

• Support business impact assessments and coordinate with reporting and GL teams

• Input into training, testing, cutover planning, and execution

• Provide user training information to support change management and adoption

• Deliver warranty support and monitor risks with controls in place

• Work closely with Finance, Change, Data Migration, and Reporting teams to ensure successful implementation

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of margin reporting and use of data for analysis and reporting

• Experience implementing change with a focus on controls and automation

• Previous experience with large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)

• Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and handle multiple parallel tasks

• Strong organisational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Presentation tools

Desirable

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP implementation

• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and cloud-based data platforms
