As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy team with a variety of tasks, from managing client communications to preparing important documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar office-based role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
  • Confident using MS Office and digital platforms to streamline workflows.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Deal with instructions via audio transcription and via email
  • Handling client enquiries, compliance checks, and file opening protocols.
  • Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documents and reports.
  • Managing incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses.
  • Recording and monitoring key deadlines and case milestones.
  • Requesting property searches and Land Registry documents.
  • Preparing applications such as SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adopting new technologies

Hours and Salary

  • £28,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch
