As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy team with a variety of tasks, from managing client communications to preparing important documentation. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar office-based role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
- Confident using MS Office and digital platforms to streamline workflows.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Deal with instructions via audio transcription and via email
- Handling client enquiries, compliance checks, and file opening protocols.
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documents and reports.
- Managing incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses.
- Recording and monitoring key deadlines and case milestones.
- Requesting property searches and Land Registry documents.
- Preparing applications such as SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adopting new technologies
Hours and Salary
- £28,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch
- 25 days holiday + Banks & Holiday Flex scheme
