Legal Secretary - 5+ Years' Experience

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years' experience as a legal secretary who is highly organised, efficient, and comfortable working with legal systems. The position will focus on supporting the compliance side of the firm's consultancy programme, identifying potential compliance and risk issues, and ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial and administrative support to the compliance team
Reviewing files and documentation to detect compliance and risk issues
Assisting with the compliance aspects of the consultancy programme
Managing and maintaining case management systems efficiently
Supporting colleagues with accurate record-keeping and documentation
Ensuring adherence to the firm's internal processes and regulatory requirements
Handling general administrative tasks as required
About You:
Experienced legal secretary with 5+ years' relevant experience
Highly competent with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect potential compliance or risk issues
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with colleagues
