We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a utilities company in Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Mechanical & Electrical production teams.
- Plan and manage resources, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Champion Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement and lean practices.
- Develop departmental plans, metrics, and staff training.
- Drive quality improvements with a “right first time” approach.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a customer-focused production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes.
- Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven Health & Safety awareness and IT proficiency.
