Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday

A Growing Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new development in Leicestershire. This Quality focused Business are renowned for their high standard of build and has won the NHBC Regional award for the Medium builder category.

The site consists of 65 traditional units build to a high spec.

Job Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities on site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Manage site budgets and resources effectively
  • Communicate with project stakeholders regularly
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager on new build housing sites. (preferrably traditional build and private)

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
  • Experience working on open market sites
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Working Conditions:

Work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
