The Role:As Property Manager, you'll provide comprehensive management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants.Your responsibilities will include:

Managing properties and supporting tenancies

Coordinating property maintenance

Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes (fire safety, gas checks, etc.)

Conducting inventories, inspections, and check-outs
-
Liaising with contractors for repairs
-
Mediating deposit releases
-
Renewing tenancies
-
Maintaining company standards
Skills & Experience:

Up-to-date knowledge of property management legislation
-
Previous experience in property management
-
Full driving license and own vehicle

Excellent communication skills
-
Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly organised and can work under pressure

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm.
Licence/Certification: Driving license and access to own vehicle (essential).
Qualification: ARLA (desirable but not essential).
