Simon Acres Group are working with a highly reputable company well known within KBB industry, seeking a highly sales-driven Account Executive with strong kitchen design experience and excellent Winner CAD skills to join their Leicestershire team. Based near Leicestershire, youll combine your design expertise with a passion for sales, working both from the office and remotely.
This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about new business development and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.
Duties:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Managing the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing the deal.
- Developing a strong sales pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting revenue effectively.
- Balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic growth.
Were keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A proven track record in new business sales, ideally working with SMEs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a territory and prioritizing accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
- Knowledge or interest in the kitchen and bathroom industries (a bonus, not essential).
