The suitable Finance Assistant will ideally have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, enjoy working as part of a wider team & be able to hit the ground running. Experience within a similar position is essential for this vacancy. Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant - Maintaining ledgers. - Allocation and posting of monies received. - Invoicing and crediting accounts where appropriate. - Reconciliation of remittance advice to individual accounts, on a monthly or 4 weekly basis, alongside individual reconciliation of account where required. - Debt recovery. - Posting cash.
