You'll benefit from on-going support from your Hays consultant, Hollie, who will be there for you throughout this placement and beyond.What you need to succeedTo succeed in your new job, you'll have a minimum of 1 years' experience working with pupils who have complex medical conditions or serious physical disabilities, ideally in an educational setting. You'll be able to adapt to the needs of students across Key Stages with previous experience supporting children with communication and/or sensory needs.
