Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the Procurement department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and assisting with documentation, data entry, and supplier management activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve invoice queries as required.
  • Link supplier documents to the internal finance system (Exchequer) daily.
  • Create or update product records within Exchequer.
  • Maintain and update pricing information in the system.
  • Arrange risk assessments for new sites.
  • Prepare documentation entries for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team, including filing, mailbox management, and other clerical tasks.
  • Support procurement colleagues with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Act in accordance with company values and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in mentoring and training less experienced or new staff members.
