Job Summary:We are looking for experienced Embroidery Operatives/Machinists to join the evening shift team. You will be operating industrial embroidery machines to personalise garments to client specifications. This role suits someone who has a good eye for detail, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has prior experience in embroidery or sewing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, or similar)

  • Set up garments and threads according to job specifications

  • Load embroidery designs and perform machine adjustments as needed

  • Inspect garments for quality and accuracy

  • Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

  • Meet production targets and deadlines

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in machine embroidery or sewing is essential

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
