Responsibilities

Posting and reconciling daily bank transactions.
Ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and payments.
Building and maintaining customer relationships to facilitate clear communication about invoices.
Addressing and resolving customer and internal queries.
Coordinating with sales managers on customer account statuses.
Updating and prioritizing the aged debtor report.
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
Reporting difficult cases or financially troubled customers to the accountant.
Processing and coding purchase invoices.
Reconciling supplier statements and addressing discrepancies.
Assisting with cash flow forecasting.
Handling data entry tasks such as customs declarations and mileage claims.
Providing administrative support to ensure smooth finance department operations.

Qualifications

Actively studying towards or part-qualified in AAT.
