We are recruiting for a temporary service administrator to work for company based in Leighton Buzzard. This role is offering an immediate start! Our client are one of the market leaders within their sector, and require some temporary support due to business growth. For this role applicants MUST have previous office admin experience.

Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Leighton Buzzard. Please note, this role is fully office based with NO remote working.

Contract Type: Temporary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with co-ordinating daily service & repair visits for service engineers.
  • Process engineers’ worksheets to invoice approval stage.
  • Produce Invoices and credits for all service functions.
  • Ensure that all parts used are consumed from correct stock location.
  • Generate quotations for repair work from service reports provided by the service engineers.
  • Assist with Service Contracts.
  • Answering telephone calls and redirecting to relevant person/department.
  • General administration duties including filing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage priorities, can multi-task and problem solve.
